1. General terms
Company shall, during the term of this agreement invest client’s funds in Fine Art, Sculpture, Collectibles, Jewelry, and Watches. In turn the company will offer a guaranteed 10% APY, Dividends paid monthly.
2. Terms of service
The terms of this agreement shall commence on the day client funds clear our bank and continue in full force and effect until terminated by either party after a minimum of 6 months. Currently the groups ROI (return on investment) is 10% APY, Dividends paid monthly, with a 6 month (180 day), and $1,000.00 USD minimum investment. Investments must stay with the group for a minimum period of 6 months; after which full principal and pro-rated interest can be requested at anytime. The group requires (30) days advanced notice for all full principal requests. ROI interest is sent at the 1st of each month.
3. Disclaimer
The Fine Art Investment Group of America has the right to terminate any investment at any time, for any reason, without legal recourse.
