Ronald Kotler is a specialist in American and European Art of the 19th and early 20th century with a strong interest in Belle Époque Jewelry by the most prestigious makers of the period: Tiffany, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, David Webb, Buccellati, Oscar Heyman, and others. Establishing himself as an independent art dealer in 1995, he later developed what was to become Kotler Galleries & Auctioneers, one of the premier acquisition-based galleries in Long Island, New York. William Chadwick has been in the antique and auction business for over 30 years. He has handled over 50,000 items and has participated in over 500 auctions and written hundreds of appraisals. In 2010 Bill joined The Fine Art Investment Group of America as head of the American Division. During Bill’s tenure the division has grown over 300% and the breadth and scope of offerings have changed as well. Maurice Glasser is a Professor of public policy and professor of economics. Known for his early research on central bank independence and inflation targeting as an institutional device for enhancing the credibility of monetary policy. Glasser is an elected member of the National Academy of Sciences and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He has been invited to give numerous named campus-wide research lectures at universities around the world and also speaks widely on global economic issues. Mr. Glasser is on the economic advisory panel of the Fine Art Investment group of America.
